Influence of anticorrosive coating on railway nondestructive testing

With the development of the railway industry, the industry puts forward higher requirements on the performance and service life of railway products. While improving the performance and quality of key parts and components, it is also a development trend to extend the trial life of products through surface anti-corrosion technology. The main measures for surface anticorrosion in the railway industry are to spray paint and brush antirust oil on the surface, which will form a protective layer on the surface of the workpiece to isolate air and metal so as to achieve the purpose of antirust.

However, with the standardized management in the railway operation process, the railway operating depot and each main engine factory need to regularly inspect the key components of the railway, and the comprehensive use of various inspection methods can ensure the safe operation of railway vehicles. There are many non-destructive testing methods commonly used for railway products , including radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and penetrant testing, and these testing methods will be affected . The main research purpose of this paper is the influence of coating on various detection methods and how to avoid this influence .
