Stable environment: Place the sample plate in a constant temperature and humidity environment to achieve stable test conditions. It is usually necessary to wait for a period of time until the sample has reached room temperature and reached relative humidity equilibrium with the environment.

Adjust the gloss meter: turn on the gloss meter, and adjust the parameters and optical path of the instrument according to the instrument manual to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the instrument.

Measure the sample: place the test head part of the gloss meter on the surface of the sample, and press the test button on the instrument. The instrument emits a beam of light and measures the reflected light to calculate the gloss value of the sample.
