从气动装置结构上分析,气动装置主要由空压机、过滤减压阀、电磁阀和气缸四大部分组成,缺一不可,任何一个构成部分出现问题都将会影响气动装置功能性发挥,影响印刷机械正常运行。
2.1空压机
空压机在气动装置中的主要作用是产生气压,并能将整体印刷机中运转系统的机械能妆化为气体压力。空压机担负着整个机械能转化过程中气体的净化职责,对提高气体质量意义重大。通常而言,印刷机械中所选用的空压机其压力一般控制在6bar~8bar之间。空压机排气量的参数一般According to空压机在单位时间内运转所需要的最大气量数值来定。需要提出的是,在选用印刷机械空压机时,应严格按照空压机使用说明书中的要求对空压机定时定量的排水,避免空压机中的水流入气缸,对气缸造成损害,影响其正常运转。

过滤器在气动装置中的主要作用是压缩空气中的冷凝水和固体颗粒组织,并分离油质和其他杂质。就过滤器而言,在其应用过程中需要注意以下几方面问题:一是,过滤器在印刷机械运用时一定要竖直放置,严禁倒置;二是,要加强对过滤器的维护和保养工作,印刷机械维护保养工作人员应定期对过滤器进行检查,清除残留在过滤器重得油质、杂质以及冷凝水。,同时还要在日常的印刷机械生产过程中,检查过滤器是否存在漏气现象,如果发现应立即采取措施预防,避免过滤器漏气严重影响空压机正常运行,对于过滤器漏气问题,笔者认为最主要的原因是过滤性密封圈老化或者是在安装过程中没有严格按照安装操作流程进行。这就需要安装操作人员要严格按照过滤器的正确安装方法进行安装。
2.2.2减压阀

2.2.3 Solenoid valve
The main function of the solenoid valve in the pneumatic device of printing machinery is to control the direction of the air flow transmitted in the pneumatic device and the movement of the cylinder device. Usually, if the piston rod of the cylinder device moves outwards, the right position of the solenoid valve is connected with the air circuit, the cylinder takes in air from the rear and the air comes out from the front to control the outward movement of the piston rod; if the piston rod in the cylinder device moves inward When moving, the left side of the solenoid valve device is connected with the air circuit, and the air cylinder takes in air from the front and air out from the rear to control the inward movement of the piston rod. During the production and operation of printing machinery, we will find that sometimes the cylinder will malfunction and malfunction. For this problem, the author believes that the cause can be found from the following aspects: stop the printing machine, unplug the solenoid valve intake pipe, manually control the operation of the solenoid valve, and observe whether there is gas in the solenoid valve intake pipe. It is found that there is gas generated in the intake pipe, indicating that the problem is caused by the cylinder, and it is necessary to check whether the cylinder is faulty. If there is no gas in the intake pipe and this happens, the author thinks that the pressure reducing valve should be replaced with a new one.
2.2.4 Cylinder
The cylinder is the actuator of the pneumatic device. Its main function is to convert the gas pressure of the compressed air in the transmission channel of the system into mechanical energy to make the cylinder operate. If the cylinder of the printing machine fails to operate normally, you should check the cylinder pressure parameters for inspection. For example, if the cylinder pressure parameter is too high or too low, it will affect the normal operation of the printing machine.
