Abstract: 硬度计的种类繁多,每种设备适用于不同的硬度测试需求。洛氏硬度计包括手动、电动、数显及数显表面洛氏硬度计,适合各种钢材的测试;维氏硬度计用于黑色金属、有色金属和硬质合金,以HV表示硬度;布氏硬度计用于未淬火的钢材、铸铁和有色金属,以HBW表示硬度;布洛维硬度计结合了布氏、洛氏和维氏硬度测量功能,适合研究与开发。邵氏硬度计测量橡胶和塑料的硬度,有HA和HD两种;FISCHERSCOPE H100C用于微硬度测试,适合电镀层、油漆层等,最小可测至1微米;里氏硬度计适合大型金属工件的硬度测试;铅笔硬度计通过铅笔硬度与涂层划痕判断涂层硬度。不同的硬度计根据材料和测试需求提供精准的硬度评估。

There are many classifications of Hardness Testers, and the following will introduce the classification of Hardness Testers.

  1. Rockwell Hardness Tester

Used for testing the hardness of various steels (including alloy steel and stainless steel). This is an important and commonly used type of Hardness Tester. There are the following:

  ③ Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester

  ④ Digital display surface Rockwell Hardness Tester

  ⑤ Digital Rockwell, surface Rockwell Hardness Tester

  2. Vickers Hardness Tester

Used to measure the hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, cemented carbide (such as aluminum alloy) and surface carburizing and nitriding layers, expressed by HV.

  3. Brinell Hardness Tester

Brinell Hardness Tester measures unquenched steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and soft bearing alloy materials, expressed in HBW.

  4. Blovey Hardness Tester

That is, it can be used as a Hardness Tester with three kinds of hardness: Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers. It is more suitable for development and research.

 5. Shore Hardness Tester

(Also known as Shore Hardness Tester, this is because the Hardness Tester is called by the surname of foreigners, and there are different Chinese characters for different transliterations). There are only two kinds of HA and HD, the former is the hardness parameter of softer rubber, and the latter is the hardness parameter of harder rubber or plastic.

  6. FISCHERSCOPEH100C of German FISCHER company

It is a computer-controlled measuring instrument for microhardness testing. Mainly used for hardness measurement of electroplating layers, paint layers, organic layers, etc., with a minimum of 1 micron coating.

  7. Leeb Hardness Tester

This is a smaller Hardness Tester that can convert various hardness values. Mainly used for testing metal materials, especially for larger workpieces.

 8. Pencil Hardness Tester

This is used to detect the hardness of the coating. To clip a pencil on the "trolley" and let it slide on the coating, the hardness of the coating is judged according to the hardness of the pencil and the scratches on the coating.
