Therefore, the performance of the coating is not only different from the performance of the coating material, but also different from The properties of the base material cannot be determined by conventional methods for checking the properties of metal or non-metal materials. When evaluating the quality of the coating, it is necessary to determine the relevant test content and corresponding test methods according to the different coatings of various products, according to their actual use and use requirements. The test content and method of coating removal inspection are very extensive. The evaluation of coating performance and various technical indicators are based on the actual application of domestic coating research and production. As for general coatings, it is usually required to eliminate the test. The properties of the coating mainly include the appearance quality, thickness, toughness, porosity, hardness, bonding force, internal stress of the coating, brittleness and solvability of the coating, etc. The contents are shown in Table 17-1. Due to the different properties of the layer removal, its use environment is different, and there are many kinds of test methods for the same test item. There are many indicators common to the removal performance of the coating, but not all coatings require the same performance indicators. It depends on the specific use requirements of the coating.
