In order to achieve a certain flatness of the base layer, putty scraping is a required process in the base layer treatment, and the construction method of scraping coating is generally used. The construction tool used for scraping coating is a scraper. Commonly used scrapers are generally made of iron or stainless steel. (Related equipment: wire Bar Coater) There are various types and specifications of the scraper, which can be selected according to the shape and size of the surface of the object to be coated. For the scraper coating of large flats or large pits, a ruler-shaped or wide scraper is used. For the repair of corners or gaps and small holes, use a thin and narrow scraper. During construction, scrape a little putty on the edge of the scraper, and squeeze it while scraping. First, use the scraper to scrape the putty with an appropriate width. The second is to eliminate the unevenness of the stripes, so that the thickness of the putty is uniform, and finally modify the surface, use a scraper to flatten and gently squeeze to eliminate seams. When using a scraper, be sure to scrape hard to make it. Tilt at a certain angle, and scratch along the surface. The angle between the scraper and the object surface is initially kept at 45°, and gradually tilts to l5° as it moves continuously. Use force, do not use uneven force from left to right, otherwise seam-like stripes will be produced. See Figure 3-l for the construction tool scraper.

The front edge of the blade is straight, and the overall shape is triangular. Its purpose is to insert putty into small holes or cracks. If the end of the blade is worn or has burrs, it should be sharpened in time. Construction tool atoms or putty knives are shown in Figure 3 -2
The spatula is a commonly used construction tool in grassroots treatment, especially for old grassroots treatment. It is mainly used to remove peeling, hollowing, falling off, loose old coating films or attached loose deposits. Commonly used P-knife sizes and widths are 1in (1in=2.54cm), 1.5in, 2in, 2.5in. The construction tool P-knife is shown in Figure 3-3.
A rotary wire brush is a cup or disc wire brush mounted on an air or electric motor and used to loosen built-up paint films or rust on metal surfaces. See Figure 3-4 for construction tool rotary wire brush.

It has a leather handle and a strong metal blade with a straight back for hammering. The blade is 100mm or 125mm long and can remove glass putty. Construction tool 1 adopts l1 knife, as shown in Figure 3-5.
Made of oil-soaked plywood, composite plywood or thick plastic. It is used to hold all kinds of filling materials, and it is used to hold sand or vines when filling large holes and holes.
The length is 3oOmm~lm, which can be used to draw lines and is used in conjunction with a line drawing pen.
It can be used in conjunction with a chopping knife to clean the base. The construction tool hammer is shown in Figure 3-6.
