Why does the curing process of powder coating need to monitor the furnace temperature?

The temperature of the coating is very important because it affects the life, viscosity and coating performance of the coating outer wall.

 

Continuous monitoring of climatic conditions is required in curing (drying) conditions. If the temperature is too high, the coating will dry too quickly, causing defects. Conversely, when the temperature is too low, the extension of the fixing time will affect the working time of the next layer of coating.

 

The curing process of powder coating requires reaching a specified temperature within a certain period of time. The purpose of monitoring the furnace temperature is to ensure that the product is placed in the appropriate temperature environment and maintains this temperature for a certain period of time. Once the curing oven or product is too hot, the coating will burn; if it is too cold, the coating will not cure, resulting in unsatisfactory adhesion and appearance.
