Since the oil pump will be exposed to different temperature environments, such as high temperature or low temperature environment, high-low temperature resistance tests are required to ensure the performance and reliability of the oil pump at various temperatures. This test can test the working ability of the oil pump at different temperatures, such as flow, pressure, speed, etc., so as to ensure the normal operation and long-term stability of the oil pump. In addition, the high-low temperature resistance test can also test the durability and stability of the material and structure of the oil pump, such as sealing, wear resistance, etc., so as to ensure that the oil pump will not fail or be damaged during long-term use.

experiment method

The high-low Temperature Test Chamber can be used for high-low temperature resistance tests of oil pumps to test the performance and reliability of oil pumps in high-low temperature environments. The following are the test steps of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber in the high-low temperature resistance test of the oil pump:

  1. Preparation: Check whether the Test Chamber and temperature controller are working normally, and set the temperature range and heating and cooling rate of the Test Chamber according to the test requirements. Prepare an oil pump sample, noting its size and location.

  2. Sample installation: place the sample of the oil pump to be tested in the test box, and fix the position and direction.

  3. Test operation: Turn on the Test Chamber and temperature controller, and set the temperature range and heating and cooling rate of the Test Chamber. Raise the temperature of the Test Chamber to the set temperature range, keep it for a period of time, and then cool down to the set temperature.
