Paints Color Determination

The color of the paint should be consistent with its color name, pure and uniform, and will not fade for a long time under sunlight. The inspection method is to observe by visual inspection or detect with a Colorimeter, and its color should meet the color difference range of the specified standard sample.

When detecting the color of the paint by visual colorimetry, take 5ml of the standard sample and the tested sample and drop them on the color matching card, and then use a Film Thickness Gauge to pull out 25mm and 100mm Color Charts respectively. After the color is determined, the spray plate determines whether it is qualified or not.

Regardless of varnish or color paint, after the paint is completely dry, the appearance is required to be flat and smooth, without defects such as spots, pinholes, and wrinkles.
