Detection steps

The following are the corresponding detection steps:

  1. Density: Using a densitometer, pour the paint into the densitometer to measure according to standard methods, record the readings and calculate the density of the paint.

  2. Solid content: Heat a certain amount of paint to a dry state, weigh and calculate the solid content.

  3. pH value: Using a pH meter, dissolve the coating in water and stir evenly, and record the pH value.

  4. Viscosity: Using a viscometer, measure the viscosity of the paint at the specified temperature.
