Theoretical spreading rate, theoretical dosage and actual dosage of Coatings

Abstract: 涂料的理论涂布率是指在一定涂层厚度下,单位体积涂料可以涂布的最大面积,其计算公式为 R = 1/T,其中 R 为理论涂布率(㎡/L),T 为涂膜湿膜厚度(mm)。这个值基于理想条件,即没有涂料损耗、涂层厚度均匀且无缺陷。实际施工中,为了估算涂料用量,需要根据理论涂布率计算理论用量,公式为:涂料的理论用量(L)= 涂装面积(㎡)/ 涂料的理论涂布率(㎡/L)。由于实际施工条件与理论条件有所差异,需增加一个消耗系数 α 来估算实际用量,公式为:涂料的实际用量(L)= (1 + α) * 涂料的理论用量(L)。消耗系数 α 反映了表面不平整、施工工具和环境条件等因素造成的实际差异,不同施工方法和表面类型的 α 值有所不同,例如,高压无气喷涂平整表面为 0.6-0.8,复杂表面为 0.8-1.0,而手工涂装平整表面为 0.3-0.4,复杂表面为 0.4-0.6。

The conversion relationship between the actual amount of Coating and the theoretical amount is as follows:

Actual amount of Coating (L) = (1 + α) * Theoretical amount of Coating (L)

Note: α represents the Coating consumption coefficient. Due to the uneven surface of the coated object, Soho during the painting process, different environmental conditions during painting, and different types of construction tools, the α value is not a constant. Generally, the α value of the flat surface of high voltage airless spray is 0.6~ 0.8, the α value of the complex surface of lame plating is 0.8-1.0, the α value of the smooth surface of manual painting is 0.3-0.4, and the α value of the complex surface of manual painting is 0.4-0.6
