Abstract: 恒温恒湿试验箱的除湿方式主要包括冷凝式、吸附式、膜式和热泵式。冷凝式通过制冷剂冷却使水汽凝结成水并排出;吸附式利用硅胶或分子筛等材料吸收水汽,效果较好但需定期更换吸湿材料;膜式通过除湿膜分离水汽并排出,效果较好但膜片需定期更换;热泵式利用热泵技术将水汽转化为水并排出,效果稳定但成本较高。不同除湿方式各具优缺点,选择时需综合考虑试验需求、成本和除湿效率等因素。

  1. Condensing dehumidification: refrigerant refrigeration is used to form condensed water on the condenser pipe, and the water vapor in the air is condensed into liquid water and discharged.

  2. Adsorption dehumidification: use special hygroscopic materials (such as silica gel, molecular sieve) to absorb water vapor in the air to achieve the purpose of dehumidification. Generally, adsorption dehumidification has better effect, but the hygroscopic material needs to be replaced regularly.

  3. Membrane dehumidification: Use a special dehumidification membrane to separate water vapor, convert moisture into water, and discharge it out of the Test Chamber. Membrane dehumidification has a better effect, but the diaphragm needs to be replaced regularly.

  4. Heat pump dehumidification: Using heat pump technology, water vapor is converted into water and discharged out of the Test Chamber through circulating refrigeration and heating. The heat pump dehumidification effect is stable, but the price is higher.

  5. Different dehumidification methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. When choosing an appropriate dehumidification method, factors such as test requirements, equipment cost, and dehumidification efficiency should be considered.
