A Bar Coater is a device used to apply glue or paint, usually used in manual coating or automatic coating processes. According to different coating needs and application scenarios, Bar Coaters can be divided into several types, some of the common types and their differences are as follows:

• Manual Wire Bar Applicator: The manual wire bar applicator is a handheld device that usually consists of a rod-shaped head and a handle. The operator holds the applicator and evenly applies the coating material to the target surface. The manual wire bar applicator is suitable for small area, fine coating scenarios. It is simple to operate and is suitable for applications that require precise control of the coating amount and coating position

• Automatic Wire Rod Coater: The automatic wire rod coater is a device with automation function that can realize the automation and continuity of the coating process. It usually includes a coating head and a coating system, which can automatically apply according to set parameters and procedures. The automatic wire rod coater can increase the sales volume of manual coating films, and is also suitable for coating scenarios of special materials such as hot melt adhesives and films, and can also be applied continuously to improve production efficiency.

• Adjustable coating amount mayer-rod: This applicator has the function of adjusting the coating amount, and can adjust the opening size of the coating head or the structure of the coating head according to needs, so as to control the size of the coating amount.
