A color scheme with paint

Colored paints are colored paints produced by paint manufacturers, also known as colored paints, such as blended paints and enamel paints. In order to make the paint easier to use, the production plant not only produces primary colors such as red, cyan, and blue, but also produces various secondary colors, secondary colors, and complementary colors that have been prepared. Even so, it cannot fully meet the needs of furniture color. Therefore, there is still a lot of color matching work when finishing furniture. The following points should be paid attention to when mixing colors:

1) It should be selected strictly according to the characteristics of various coatings and solvents. For example, baking paints and natural drying paints have their own characteristics and different solvents; volatile paints and curing paints also have their own characteristics, and their solvents are also different.

2) Different types of paints cannot be mixed with each other. Therefore, when matching colors, use the same type of color to match. For example, white blended paint is mixed with blue blended paint to obtain sky blue blended paint. If the self-coloring blending paint is mixed with blue nitro paint, the resulting mixture is neither a blending paint nor a nitro paint, and the mixture is a jelly-like or bean curd-like compound, which changes the original performance and state Out of service.

3) Only paint can be used for color matching, and pigments cannot be added for color matching, because the pigments are not fully dispersed.

4) When blending, grasp the main color and the secondary color, such as blending sky blue, white is the main color, blue is the secondary color, use the "secondary color" to gradually add to the "main color", while Stir evenly while adding (relevant equipment: agitator), when it is close to sky blue, use a test plate to try coating, as long as it meets the requirements.
