According to the provisions of GB/T2423, the weather resistance test should be carried out according to the following method:

High temperature test: Place the sample in a constant temperature and humidity Test Chamber at 80°C for 500 hours before testing.

Low temperature test: Place the sample in a -40°C constant temperature and humidity Test Chamber for 500 hours before testing.

High temperature and high humidity test: Place the sample in a constant temperature and humidity Test Chamber with a temperature of 60°C and a humidity of 90% for 500 hours before testing.

Hot and cold cycle test: The sample is cycled between 60°C and -40°C, each stage lasts for 1 hour, and the test is conducted after a total of 100 cycles.

Solvent resistance test: Use ethanol (analytical grade) as the test solution, soak the sample at 23°C for 48 hours and then perform the test.
