This article describes the application of automatic squeegee coater in the preparation of polyester film. Then, the working principle and structure of the automatic scraping machine are described in detail. Then, the optimization of operating parameters in the preparation of polyester films, including scraping speed, scraping pressure and blade angle, was discussed. Finally, the application effect of automatic squeegee coating instrument in the preparation of polyester film and its potential application in industrial production are demonstrated through experimental cases.

In the experiments, we used an automatic squeegee to evenly apply different concentrations of polyester paint to the substrate surface and optimize the coating process by adjusting parameters such as squeegee speed, squeegee pressure and blade angle. The results show that the optimized polyester film has good thickness uniformity and transparency, which is suitable for various industrial application needs.
