Turbidity simple operation process

Abstract: 本文概述了浊度测试的简易操作流程,包括浓度预判和具体操作步骤。测试前需根据水样的浊度值选择相应步骤:若预判值在0-100NTU范围内,可直接进行测试;若超出100NTU,则需稀释水样至0-100NTU范围后再测定。操作时需使用φ25mm比色管或比色皿,避免使用φ16mm比色管。应注意超量程提示,并在测试过程中严格遵守操作规范。

Concentration prediction:Before testing the water sample, the turbidity value of the water sample should be predicted, and the excess concentration should be diluted and measured, for example, the predicted turbidity concentration value is 0-100NTU.You can directly follow the operation steps; Turbidity values are expected to exceed 100 NTU, and the water sample should be diluted to the range of 0-100 NTU for determination.

Notes:It should be determined by a φ25mm cuvette or cuvette (Class B instrument). Avoid using φ16mm cuvettes.

1. When the predicted value is in the range of 0-100NTU

2. When the predicted value exceeds 0 - 100NTU

The water sample needs to be diluted to the above range of 0-100 NTU, and then manipulated according to the corresponding range, and the determination result is multiplied by the dilution factor.
