Abstract: 本文介绍了亚硝酸盐测试的简易操作流程,包括浓度预判和操作步骤。在测试前,需预判水样的亚硝酸盐浓度,并选择适当的操作程序和试剂:预判值在0-0.2mg/L范围内使用NO2L程序,0.2-1mg/L范围内使用NO2H程序。如果预判值超出1mg/L,则需稀释水样。操作时需注意避免交叉污染,使用正确的移液工具并进行定期校准。测试结果通过水样颜色的深浅判断浓度,需注意超量程提示。

3. When the predicted value exceeds 1 mgL /L

The water sample needs to be diluted to the corresponding concentration value in sections 1-2 above, and then operated according to the corresponding range, and the determination result is multiplied by the dilution factor.

5. Precautions

◆ If nitrite is present, the water sample shows red, and the darker the color, the higher the concentration value of the water sample.

◆ Pay attention to cross-contamination, use different measuring utensils for different liquids (pay attention to changing the tip when using a pipette).

◆ Use appropriate pipetting tools to take liquids, and large range measuring tools cannot measure small volumes of water samples, such as: 5mL pipettes cannot be used to remove 2mL and below liquidsFor liquids less than or equal to 2mL, it is recommended to pipette twice with a 1mL pipette.

◆ When using a pipette, it is necessary to calibrate the pipette frequently (it is recommended to do so once a week), and pay attention to replacing the tip during use.
