Abstract: 本文介绍了测试水样中色度值的简易操作流程。首先对色度值进行预判，若浓度在0-500 PCU范围内，可直接进行测定；若超过500 PCU，则需将水样稀释至该范围后再测，最终结果需乘以稀释倍数。操作时应使用φ25mm比色管或比色皿进行测定，避免使用φ16mm比色管，以确保测量的准确性。

Concentration prediction:Before testing the water sample, the color value of the water sample should be predicted first, and the concentration should be diluted after measurement, for example, the predicted color concentration value is 0-500PCU.You can directly follow the operation steps; If the predicted color value exceeds 500 PCU, the water sample should be diluted to the range of 0-500 PCU for determination.

Notes:It should be determined by a φ25mm cuvette or cuvette (Class B instrument). Avoid using φ16mm cuvettes.

2. When the predicted value exceeds 500 PCU

The water sample needs to be diluted to the 0-500 PCU range above, and then manipulated according to the corresponding range, and the determination result is multiplied by the dilution factor.
