Abstract: 实验室真空乳化反应釜,如HR-2L均质乳化装置,提供了在真空或压力环境下进行物料分散、乳化、均质和混合的解决方案。该装置具有500ml的搅拌量和1000~2000ml的乳化量,配备高效搅拌器、高剪切均质乳化机及真空密封和温控系统,能够模拟工业化生产的需求。其真空度可达-0.097-0.02Mpa,均质速度最高可达30000rpm,处理粘度达100000mpas。配备旋片式真空泵,能够实现原料吸入,保护工作环境。设备结构紧凑,材质优良,广泛应用于生物技术、医药、食品工业及化工等领域。

The laboratory vacuum emulsification reactor provides a reliable solution for the dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, mixing and other processes of materials in a vacuum or pressure environment. The HR-2L homogeneous emulsification device is a typical representative, which has the characteristics of being able to reach the bottom of the kettle and can be emulsified by circulating in the emulsification head. It is equipped with a wide range of high macro viscosity agitators, high shear homogenizing emulsifiers, reliable vacuum sealing and temperature control systems, as well as a variety of sensing detection systems to simulate the needs of industrial production in a laboratory environment. At present, the laboratory processing capacity has 1L, 2L and other series, which are widely used in laboratory dispersion, mixing, emulsification, homogenization, stirring, dissolution and other processes.

HR-2L laboratory vacuum emulsification reactor has a stirring capacity of 500ml, an emulsification capacity of 1000~2000ml, and a 1:6 transmission is adopted, which effectively improves the work efficiency. Its vacuum degree can reach -0.097-0.02Mpa, the viscosity of the processing can reach 100000mpas, and the homogenization speed can reach up to 30000rpm, and the mixing capacity is more powerful. In order to ensure corrosion resistance, the main contact materials of the material are SS316L, borosilicate glass, FKM10 and other materials. The homogenizing head configuration is 25DG to ensure emulsification.

In order to better meet the needs of the laboratory, the laboratory vacuum emulsification reactor can be equipped with a rotary vane Vacuum Pump to realize the inhalation of raw materials, thereby saving manpower. The use of vacuum suction can protect the working environment and avoid dust flying. In the working process, in order to meet the requirements of sterility and prevent bubbles from being generated by high-speed agitation, the whole process needs to be carried out under vacuum conditions.

The laboratory vacuum emulsification reactor has exquisite shape, compact and shiny product structure, excellent material and long service life. It is easy to change and maintain, and the scraper blade can be disassembled and assembled without tools. The lid device is equipped with a waterproof and dustproof flood light and a sight glass, which is convenient for users to observe the experiment of the internal container and record the working process. This instrument is widely used in tissue dispersion in the biotechnology field, sample preparation in the pharmaceutical field, enzyme treatment in the food industry, and in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, paint and petrochemical industries, and its application fields are relatively wide.
