How to Mix Light Sensing Vortex Mixer?

The vortex mixer is widely used in environmental monitoring, medical and health, petrochemical, food, metallurgy and other colleges and universities, laboratories and laboratories of scientific research and production enterprises for mixing and extraction, and is used to stir liquids. Vortex-5S optical induction vortex mixer, using DC brushless motor, with two operation modes of optical induction/continuous optional, long service life, can run for a long time, can meet different experimental needs.

1. Turn on the power supply

ON/OFF: Press once to turn on (front panel indicator light on), press again to turn off (front panel indicator off).

2. Mode selection

MODE: Press Manual, then Auto (don't select Default Auto when powered on).

3. Parameter setting

SPEED-UP: Speed rise setting, speed 100~2800 can be set. Press and hold for 3s, the value +10 rises; If it is greater than 3s, the value will increase by +100. (Works in automatic mode only)

SPEED-DOWN: Speed down setting. If you hold it for 3s, the value will drop by -10; If it is greater than 3s, the value will decrease by -100. (Works in automatic mode only)

TIME-UP: Time rise setting, 00h01m00s~99h59m00s can be set, hold down, the value +1m rises, when it rises to 59, the minutes will not change, the hour +1h rises. (Works in automatic mode only)

TIME-DOWN: Time drop setting, hold down, the value -1m drops, when it drops to 1, the minutes will not change, and the hour will drop -1h. (Works in automatic mode only)

When the time comes to 00h00m00s, the machine stops running. Therefore, in automatic mode, the machine cannot operate without setting the time.

4. Equipment operation

START/STOP: Press once to start running, then press again to stop running.

In manual mode, the indicator light of the shading part is on, except for the ON/OFF and MODE buttons, the other keys do not work. There is a shield above the shading part (0~25cm), the indicator light of the shading part is off, the equipment is running at 2000rpm, and the indicator light of the shading part is stopped when it is removed.
