The RDS wire bar applicator plays a key role in the preparation of passivation films. Through its uniform coating ability, waterborne acrylic resin and organosilane composite passivation fluid can be accurately applied to the surface of hot-dip galvanized aluminum-magnesium sheet, ensuring coating consistency and thickness control. This method helps to form a dense passivation film, which improves the corrosion resistance and protection of the coating. In addition, the combination of thiourea as an additive can further enhance the self-healing ability of the membrane and meet the high standards of modern industry for metal surface treatment.

Evenly coated

The RDS wire bar applicator ensures a uniform coating of the passivation solution on the surface of the hot-dip galvanized aluminum-magnesium sheet, which is essential for the formation of a dense and consistent passivation film. Film thickness control
