E2 inspection conditions
E2.l The coated surface film of the inspected body must be dried and clean (the inspected surface should try to avoid selecting eye-catching and affecting the appearance).
E2.2 The diameter of the pencil lead is more than 1.8mm, the length is about 3mm, and the tip is round and flat.
E3 inspection method
The inspection method is shown in Figure El. Hold the pencil by hand, keep a 45 ° angle between the pencil and the surface of the film to be inspected, the advancing speed is about 3mm/s, the thrust should be kept uniform, and the force should be limited to not breaking the lead lead. After going back and forth 5 times at the inspected part, wipe off the pencil carbon ash with an eraser or flannel to visually detect the depth and obvious degree of scratches on the inspection film.
