This high-speed disperser is a laboratory equipment. It is suitable for stirring, dissolving and dispersing various liquids. This equipment adopts electronic speed regulation circuit, and the number directly displays the rotation speed of the shaft. The speed can be selected according to the viscosity of the material and the needs of the test. It is one of the effective equipment for dispersing chemical raw material particles. It is widely used in the test of chemical products such as coatings, inks, adhesives, etc., and provides correct data for large-scale production.

3. Structure

1. This machine adopts series commutator motor, realizes stepless variable speed and display through bidirectional thyristor voltage regulation, adopts far-infrared photoelectric detection, and four-digit LED digital tube display. Due to the limitation of the characteristics of the series motor, if the grid voltage fluctuates, the speed may fluctuate slightly.

2. Using foreign professional technology, the rotating shaft and the motor are integrated to ensure the accuracy of the rotating shaft.

3. The lifting structure adopts the bevel gear to drive the screw rod, which is easy to use.

4. The cylinder is made of stainless steel, and there is a jacket for cooling water.

5. The mechanical gripper can move up and down and rotate 360°, and can clamp a circular cylinder of 100-260°.

4. Use and maintenance

1. Loosen the brake block and raise the motor.

2. Pour the prepared material into the cylinder, clamp it with mechanical grippers, then slowly lower the motor, cover the cylinder cover, and tighten the brake block.

3. Plug in the power supply, and all four LED digital tubes will display zero. The speed control knob needs to be adjusted to the lowest speed position, and then the power switch is turned on. Check whether the direction of rotation of the dispersion blade is consistent with the direction indicated. Then gradually adjust the speed control knob until the desired speed is reached. After the experiment is completed, the speed control knob returns to the lowest speed position and then the power switch is turned off. The power supply of the equipment needs to have a reliable grounding wire.

4. The motor is a series-excited commutator motor, and the brushes generate sparks when they rotate. Explosion-proof workshops should not be used.
