Gloss meter is a product independently developed by Sannchi with completely independent intellectual property rights. It is a gloss measuring instrument designed and manufactured with reference to the international standard ISO 2813 and the Chinese national standard GB/T 9754. It is a gloss meter with full touch screen operation and large screen display, equipped with high-end quality management software. It has the characteristics of convenient use, stable performance and accurate measurement. The instrument is powered by a built-in lithium battery.

Precautions

(1) This instrument is a precision measuring instrument. During measurement, drastic changes in the external environment of the instrument should be avoided, such as flickering of ambient light, rapid changes in temperature and humidity, etc. should be avoided during measurement.

(2) When measuring, keep the instrument stable, keep the measuring port close to the measured object, and avoid shaking and shifting; the instrument is not waterproof, and cannot be used in high humidity environments or in water mist.

(3) Keep the instrument clean, avoid water, dust and other liquid, powder or solid foreign matter from entering the measuring aperture and the inside of the instrument, and avoid collisions and collisions with the instrument.

(4) After the instrument is used, it should be turned off, and the instrument and standard plate should be put into the instrument box for safekeeping.

(5) The instrument should be stored in a dry and cool environment.

(6) The user cannot make any unauthorized changes to the instrument. Any unauthorized changes may affect the accuracy of the instrument, or even irreversibly damage the instrument.

4. Routine repair and maintenance of the instrument

Use and store the instrument in an environment with interference, strong light and dust. It is recommended to use and store the instrument in a standard laboratory environment (temperature 20 degrees Celsius, 1 standard atmospheric pressure, humidity 50~70%RH).

(2) The standard plate is a precision optical component, which should be kept and used properly, and avoid hitting the working surface with sharp objects, avoiding

Avoid staining the working surface with dirt, and avoid exposing the standard board under strong light. Regularly use a soft cloth dipped in alcohol to clean the working surface of the standard board. It is recommended to only wipe in one direction, do not wipe back and forth, and ensure that there are no fine particles in the cloth. These particles can damage the surface of the standard when cleaning. Do not use acetone solvent! When calibrating, the dust on the working surface must be removed first, and only the intact and clean standard plate can be accurately calibrated.

(3) In order to ensure the validity of the test data, it is recommended to go to the manufacturer or a qualified metrology institute for metrological inspection after the complete gloss meter and the standard plate have been used for one year .

(4) If there is a deviation between the calibration value of the standard plate and the actual test data, the standard value needs to be modified, see section 2.2.2 for details .

(5) This instrument is powered by a built-in lithium battery. If you do not use the instrument for a long time, please place it in a dry, normal temperature environment, and charge the instrument once every two weeks to protect the performance of the lithium battery and extend the life of the lithium battery. life.

(6) The cleaning of optical objects inside the instrument can only be done by our after-sales service department, and it is recommended to clean it once a year. Do not use cleaning tools to insert into the instrument for cleaning, otherwise it will cause irreversible damage to the instrument.
