Influence and effect of different drying methods on film

The influence and effect of different drying methods on the paint film with Figure 1

Note:

1) "Pencil hardness" is a method to measure the hardness of paint film. A set of pencils from 6B, 5B, 4B, 3B, 2B, B, HB, F, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H to 6H should be prepared for the measurement. Sharpen the pencil until the refill is about 0.63 cm above the barrel (be careful not to sharpen the refill). Smooth the tip of the refill on fine sandpaper to make it a right cylinder. Then place it on the paint film at a 45° angle and push it forward with some pressure. The hardest pencil number that cannot scratch the paint film is the paint film hardness.

2) The "centimeter" mentioned in the far-infrared drying method refers to the irradiation distance from the far-infrared radiator to the paint film.
