Amino baking varnish is the abbreviation of amino alkyd resin paint. It is a baking flat paint.
After spraying construction, it needs to enter the drying room (or tunnel drying tunnel) for baking. After baking, the amino alkyd resin paint film is cross-linked and cured, which can increase the hardness, adhesion, water resistance, etc. of the paint film. In the case of high temperature, you can add some medium and high boiling point solvents such as cyclohexanone and alcohol or coal coke solvents when spraying. After spraying, it needs to be placed at room temperature for 15-20 minutes to allow the coating to fully level off. After the solvent is almost evaporated, it is then put into the drying room, and the temperature is gradually increased from low temperature to dry.
Light-colored and red paints should be baked at a temperature of about 100°C for 2 hours; dark-colored paints should be baked at a temperature of 120°C~130°C for 2 hours. When the temperature exceeds 150°C, there is no benefit to the curing of the paint film. Causes problems such as brittleness, loss of light, and discoloration of the paint film, and the paint film is easy to age, reducing the service life. If the temperature is appropriate, the baked paint film will have good gloss and bright colors, but when the temperature is too low, the paint film will become soft, water resistance, and adhesion will be poor.
The above-mentioned amino baking varnish can greatly shorten the drying time of the paint film, improve production efficiency, and ensure the quality of the knee film after being correctly baked.
