Measure vibration speed
The international effective value of vibration speed Vrms is an important parameter for judging the operating state of machinery and equipment. The measured value can be directly judged by comparing the measured unit power with the international standard (ISO2372).
Measuring vibration displacement
The vibration displacement value, that is, the peak-to-peak (Dp-p) value of the displacement, is relatively common in large-scale medium and low-speed rotating machinery, but the allowable value of the vibration displacement is related to the rotational speed. The higher the rotational speed, the smaller the allowable value. Therefore, when measuring the displacement, the size of the rotational speed should be taken into account, and the machines manufactured by different manufacturers in different countries have different judgment standards, which should be compared separately
Measure vibration acceleration
In order to effectively judge the faults of bearings and gears, the vibration acceleration is measured according to the high-low frequencies of the acceleration. When the real acceleration value and displacement value are large, the high-quality acceleration value and the low-frequency acceleration value can be measured respectively, and then the two values can be measured. For comparison, when the high-frequency value is less than the low-frequency value, it means that the vibration is mainly caused by the low frequency, and it should be judged according to the speed standard value. At the same time, the reasons for the low-frequency failure can also be considered, such as the shaft imbalance, misalignment, The shaft is bent, the base is loose, etc. When the high-frequency value is more than 4 times greater than the low-frequency value, it means that the vibration is mainly caused by the high frequency. It can be considered whether the bearing is worn, the tooth surface is worn, the impact or the tooth is broken.
