1  概述

华阳HCC- 18A 涂层测厚仪是一种用电池供电的便携式测量仪。具有操作简单、使用方便、稳定性好、测量精度高等特点。本仪器可以直接测量导磁材料（如：铁、镍）表面上的非导磁覆盖层厚度（如：油漆、搪瓷、塑料、铝、铜、铬、锌等）。

2  技术参数

1）测量范围： 0~2000μm。

2）示值误差：±5%。

3）使用环境温度： 0℃～40℃。

4）电源：6F22电池一节。

5）外形尺寸：172mm×85mm×49mm。

6）质量：370g。

7）最小测量面直径：Φ10mm。

8）自动关机：停止测量后，约5分钟自动关机。

9）欠电压报警：当电池电压过低时，量程指示灯闪烁点亮。

3  仪器外型

4  使用方法

1）开启电源，选择合适的量程：  Ⅰ （0~200μm）或Ⅱ（150~2000μ m）。

2）取一块未涂（镀）的或去除涂（镀）层的，且表面平整、 光洁的被测零件作为基块。 在探头与基块之间垫入20μm（量程Ⅰ）或200μm（量程Ⅱ）的标准试片，按调零∧、∨键调整，使表头指针示值与标准试片厚度值一致。

3）在探头与基块之间垫入200μm（量程Ⅰ）或2000 μm（量程Ⅱ）的标准试片，按满度∧、∨键调整，使表头指针示值与标准试片厚度值一致。

4）重复进行2、3两项调整，直至指示正确，即可进行实际测量。

5）停止测量操作后， 约5分钟自动关机。

6）当量程指示灯闪烁时，应调换新电池。

7）为了提高测量精度，当被测涂层厚度较薄时(小于20 μm)，可直接将探头压在基块上，按调零∧、∨键调整使表头指针在 0μ m处。在探头与基块之间垫入20μ m的标准试片，按满度∧、∨键调整使表头指针在20μm处。反复进行上述两项调整，直至指示正确，即可进行实际测量。

5  仪器使用注意事项

1）为了减少测量体材质对测量精度的影响，建议采用不带涂层的被测件或与被测件材质相同的试块作为校准用基准块。

2) After using the instrument, turn off the power, and clean the contact of the measuring head and the reference block with a soft cloth to prevent corrosion.

3) The battery should not be placed in the battery box for a long time to avoid battery leakage and corrosion of the battery box.

4) It is strictly forbidden to knock or collide with the probe, so as not to affect the performance of the probe. After the instrument is turned on, if it automatically shuts down after a long sound, it indicates that the sensor is faulty and needs to be repaired.

5) The instrument should prevent severe vibration and impact. After use, wipe off the oil on the surface of the instrument and put it in the instrument case for safekeeping.
