Modern environment AFA-Ⅱ automatic film (vacuum chuck) operation instructions

1. Purpose:

Since the main factors affecting the coating film are the coating speed and the pressure applied on the Film Applicator, etc., the coatings painted by hand are often inconsistent, especially the differences between different people are even greater, which is why This makes it difficult to compare test results between samples.

The company's automatic Film Applicator is carefully designed to allow the operator to conveniently apply an accurate wet film on different substrates, which greatly improves the reproducibility of the film.

2. Main parameters:

1. Coating base size: 400mm×280mm (length and width)

2. Vacuum size: 300mm×210mm (length and width)

3. Coatable length: 230mm or 285mm

4. Coating speed: 0~10cm/s stepless speed change

5. Total power: 350w

6. Power supply: 220V 50Hz

7. Dimensions: 705mm×505mm×270mm (length×width×height)

8. Weight: about 65kg

3. Introduction to the instrument:

1. The AFA-Ⅱ automatic Film Applicator adopts a stepless variable speed motor to precisely control the coating rate.

2. The Wet Film Applicator is driven by a cross bar, and there is no special requirement for the external dimension of the Wet Film Applicator.

3. The built-in Vacuum Pump is adopted, and no external Vacuum Pump is needed, which is convenient for carrying and transporting the equipment.

4. The stainless steel waste collection tray placed on the left edge of the coating base can collect excess paint to ensure the cleanliness of the equipment itself and the surrounding area.

4. Operating Instructions:

1. Connect the power supply.

2. Put the substrate to be coated (such as: black and white paper) flat on the coating base, turn on the Vacuum Pump switch to the "adsorption" position, at this time, the coating substrate is adsorbed on the coating base. (Note: When the size of the substrate to be coated is smaller than the size that can be vacuumed, use other paper or transparent tape to cover the redundant vacuum holes, so as to avoid the substrate to be coated from being weakly adsorbed and causing coating failure.)

3. Place the horizontal push rod on the fixed rods on both sides of the coating base.

4. Select the appropriate coating length, press the "reset" button to make the horizontal push rod reach the initial position of coating.

5. Place the Wet Film Applicator in front of the horizontal push rod.

6. Choose the appropriate coating speed.

7. Place an appropriate amount of paint to be coated directly in front of the wet film preparer.

8. Press the "Start" button to start coating.

9. After the coating stops, scrape the remaining paint into the waste collection tray.

10. Turn off the Vacuum Pump and remove the finished sample for the next operation.

5. Matters needing attention:

1. Do not adjust the coating length knob casually during the operation of the equipment, otherwise the slide bar will not move when the machine is turned on again. Once this happens, you can push the slide bar to the end and start the machine again to eliminate the fault.

2. The coating base should be kept clean, and no debris should stick to it, so as not to affect the flatness of the coating base, thereby affecting the next coating; if the paint is accidentally dripped on the coating base, it should be cleaned in time .

3. Regularly check the oil level of the oil cup. If the oil level is found to be insufficient, add lubricating oil in time to lubricate the guide rail.

4. After each use of the device, it should be covered with a dust cover to prevent dust from falling into the vacuum holes and being sucked by the Vacuum Pump, which will affect its service life.

5. After each use of the equipment, the waste collection tray should be cleaned in time.
