JM-V Abrasive Tester is manufactured according to GB/T1768 paint film wear resistance test parameters, and at the same time takes into account GB/T17657 wood wear resistance test parameters as much as possible, providing a multi-purpose wear resistance test method. It is suitable for testing the wear resistance of various coatings in the laboratory, such as deck paint, floor paint, road paint, etc.; it can also be used to test the wear resistance of paper, plastics, textiles, decorative panels, etc. The instrument is driven by a stepping motor, programmable control, and the operating parameters and operating status of the instrument are displayed on the LCD screen. The test of the wear resistance of paint film and the test of wood wear resistance need to use different specifications of turntable components and grinding wheels, please specify when ordering (you can choose "paint film configuration", "wood configuration" or "dual-purpose configuration" ").
The abrasion Tester is to contact two abrasive grinding wheels with a specified distance with the sample sample installed on the horizontal turntable, and make the central axis of the two grinding wheels and the central axis of the turntable not in the same plane. When the turntable rotates, a grinding wheel on the left produces friction from the outside to the center of the sample surface, while a grinding wheel on the right produces friction from the center of the surface of the sample to the outside. When the turntable rotates continuously, a series of intersecting ring friction traces are formed on the surface of the model. With this kind of wear arrangement, the surface of the sample is rubbed in all directions, which avoids obvious directional defects in the friction of the abrasion instrument reciprocating in one direction, and makes the wear evaluation more objective.
The JM-V wear meter is driven by a stepping motor, which avoids the speed change caused by the grid voltage fluctuation, greatly improves the stability of the working speed of the instrument, and makes the wear evaluation more comparable.

1. Preparatory work before starting up:
⑴ Correct the horizontal position of the instrument, the switch should be in the "off" position, and then plug in the power. Note that the ground terminal on the power socket needs to be connected to the ground wire.
⑵ Plug in the vacuum cleaner, insert the hose of the vacuum cleaner into the vacuum cleaner interface on the left side of the instrument, and adjust the height of the vacuum tube (loosen the bolt on the back of the host), so that the vacuum nozzle is 1-2mm away from the surface of the model, and tighten it after adjustment bolt.
⑶ When installing the grinding wheel, it is necessary to unscrew the fixing nut of the grinding wheel first, wipe off the dust on the shaft, then install the grinding wheel that meets the requirements, and tighten the nut.
⑷ Install the required load weight on the front end of the pressure arm.
⑸ When placing the sample plate, first unscrew the nut on the turntable, take out the washer, and install the sample plate; put in the washer and tighten the nut; then gently lower the pressure arm and put down the vacuum tube at the same time.
⑹Add a balance weight to the pin shaft at the end of the pressure arm:
Balance weight weight = grinding wheel weight - pin weight 20 grams
For example: if the weight of the grinding wheel is 28 grams, a balance weight of 8 grams is required (the pin shaft has been fixed on the instrument)
2. Run:
⑴ When the power switch is turned on, the buzzer will make a beep, indicating that the instrument is working normally after self-inspection.

The default running speed of this machine is 60r/min, if you want to adjust the running speed to 70r/min, just press the "speed selection" button. If you press the button again, the running speed will return to 60r/min.
⑷ Press the number keys on the keyboard to input the numbers corresponding to the thousands, hundreds and tens digits of the set circle number. If the number of revolutions is less than 1,000, enter "0" for the thousands digit. For example, if you want to calculate 500 revolutions, you should input "0500", and only input "500", the instrument will think that the input is missing a bit, and refuse to start the operation.
若不小心按了功能键的话,液晶屏上就会显示“输入无效”,可以继续输入数字。每输入一位数字蜂鸣器都会发出“嘀”的一声,表示该次输入有效,否则表示无效。若发现输入数字有误,请按“取消置数”按键,“设定圈数”后的数字立即取消。若确认输入正确,请按“运转”按键,此时转盘立即运转,每转动一圈,“运转圈数”自动加1。当运转圈数和设定圈数相同时,转盘自动停止运转,此时蜂鸣器发出“嘀嘀嘀”的报警声,“累计次数”自动加1。“运转圈数”自动清零。下次起动时从零开始计数。这种计数方式特别适合磨耗仪的多个周期重复运行。例如:500转15个周期,则只要在“累计次数”中显示“15”,则表明已经按“设定圈数”转了15个周期,不要手工计数了。
⑸ “运转清零”、“累计清零”按键,可以分别清除“运转圈数”、“累计次数”中数字。如果运行过程中,按一下“停止”按键,则转盘会立即停止。保留原先设定的数字和已经运转的圈数。要再继续工作,只需按“运转”按键,机器会继续运转,直到设定圈数为止。
3、注意事项:
⑴ 测试结束后,应切断电源,清理仪器,将仪器罩好。
⑵ 长期不用时,应将砂轮取下放好。
⑶ 一年至二年需要检修加油一次。

磨耗试验用的试样取自同批地板块,制成边长 100mm 100mm正方形、中孔内径 6mm-10mm,与磨耗仪相配合形。

3.3.2.2.4 试验步骤
a)按 GB/T 15102-1994 附录 A 制作研磨轮,将粘了砂布后的研磨轮在相对湿度为 65%±5%,温为 20℃±2℃ 条件下放置 24h 以上备用。
b) Wipe the surface of the test piece with degreasing gauze and weigh it to the nearest 1mg. If the thickness of the test piece affects the levelness of the grinding wheel support, the test piece should be sawn thin.
c) Install the test piece on the abrasion testing machine with the paint side up, and install the grinding wheel on the bracket, wear it for 100r under the condition of each contact force of 4.9N±0.2N, remove the test piece, remove the dust attached to the surface and weigh , accurate to 1mg.
