(1) The instrument should be placed in a dry environment to prevent the intrusion of dust and corrosive gases.
(2) The glass electrode bracket and the calomel electrode should be kept clean according to the requirements of the wire column.
(3) In order to prevent the bulb of the glass electrode from breaking, the bottom of the meter electrode should have a long bulb when installing, so that the bulb will not touch the bottom of the cup when shaking.
(4) The insulation resistance between the glass electrode wires shall not be lower than 10 11 Ω.
(5) If the pointer deflects too much when the measuring switch is pushed down, release the measuring switch immediately, check whether the electrode is immersed in the solution, check the position of each knob,
(6) Do not use too much force when turning the temperature compensator to prevent the position of the fastening screw from turning, making the indicated compensation temperature inaccurate.
(7) The warm-up time is preferably more than 1 hour, so that the zero point has better stability.
(8) When the instrument is not in use, set the range selection switch to the "0" position, that is, the ammeter is short-circuited, and the ammeter should not be damaged when moving it.
