Since the pressure vessel conveying system has no moving parts, it is also easy to maintain. If there is an Air Compressor in the factory or construction site, it is not necessary to provide a single Air Compressor for the pressure vessel feeding system. The existing Air Compressor can be used to provide pressure for the pressure vessel. One pressure can feed multiple Spray Guns at the same time. Of course, this It will be limited by the volume of the pressure tank, and some control equipment may need to be added.

(2) Uniform coating properties

The paint booster box is used to transport the paint, and the paint is often stirred to reduce the occurrence of paint precipitation and uneven color, so that the uniformity of the paint's viscosity, color, temperature and other properties can be well controlled.

(3) Safe and clean Since the entire paint delivery system is a closed environment, it can reduce the impact of external pollution on the performance of the paint, reduce the volatilization of solvents in the paint, and thereby reduce the risk of fire.

2. Limitations

①It is difficult to add materials and change colors

When adding paint to the pressure vessel, it is necessary to stop spraying and perform pressure relief treatment. When changing colors, the pressure barrel needs to be cleaned first, which takes a lot of time. In order to overcome this shortcoming, the pressure barrels currently used are all equipped with inner barrels or liners (usually the inner liners are made of plastic, galvanized steel plates or stainless steel plates), so that the paint does not directly contact with the barrel wall, and when cleaning Just wash the inner barrel or liner. When there are not many colors to be changed for spraying, several inner parts can be prepared to hold paints of different colors. When changing colors, only the inner phase needs to be replaced, which can reduce the time taken for cleaning.
