Surfix easy FN型可用于钢铁和有色金属基体上进行测量
Surfix easy无损涂层测厚仪可用于:
• 钢铁基体上的所有非导磁覆层,如涂料、油漆、陶瓷、镀锌、镀铬、镀铜等,(电磁感应原理,即F型)
• 有色金属和奥氏体钢铁基体上的所有绝缘覆层,如涂料、油漆、氧化层等(电涡流原理,即N型)
• 开机: - 短按⊙键
• 关机: - 按⊙键约2秒钟或于最后一次测量1.5分钟后自动关机
如果在开机后没有ZERO图标出现,仪器设置是出厂校准(请参照部分5)
你可以立即在平滑表面和微曲面上进行测量。
将仪器压置在测量对象表面并读出读数。在每次测量后,须将仪器拿开被测对象至少3cm

为了在测量中得到更准确的测量结果,在强曲面或粗糙部分, 你应该在与被测对象类似的没有涂层的光滑参照面上执行零位调整(零校准)
• 按ZERO 键。 ZERO 将在屏幕上闪动
• 多次将仪器以测量方式压置在裸露表面。
在每次测量后,须将仪器拿开被测对象至少3cm
•再次按ZERO 键。零位调整(零校准)完成
屏幕上显示ZERO
• 你现在可以进行测量。
如果被测表面的曲率半径达到以下范围,将需要零位调整(零校准)
•在钢铁材料基体上小于30 mm
•在有色金属基体上小于 60 mm
如果显示屏没有显示ZERO, 则仪器设置是出厂校准
如果显示屏上显示ZERO, 则仪器设置是零校准
清除零校准:
• Double click the ZERO key. ZERO on the display disappears and factory calibration is restored. You are now ready to take measurements against factory calibrated standards.
The instrument will be supplied with a zero plate for calibration (stainless steel and/or aluminum) and a standard foil for calibration to test the accuracy of the instrument. Measure the standard plate after the zero calibration, the instrument should show a reading that matches the thickness of the standard plate within the allowable error range.
Every time the machine is turned on, the selected pair of statistical data in the last measurement will be displayed below the main measurement data . For example:
" N= 14 = 125μm "
N = number of measurements, = mean value
s= standard deviation, Max = maximum reading Min = minimum reading
You can pre-select a pair of requested data as in the following example
• Press the Stats key "N = 14 s = 3μm"
• Press the Stats key "N = 14 max = 132μm"
• Press the Stats key "N = 14 min = 119μm"
You can preselect a pair of required data by pressing the Stats key. For example:
"N = 14 s = 3 μm"
And can keep displaying and recording the pair of data during the whole test process. All visible and invisible data pairs will be automatically updated after each test (online statistics)
If no statistics are stored, the instrument will display N = 0
If statistical analysis is required on a series of measurement data, the old statistical data need to be deleted first
Delete stats:

在一些情况下, 特别是在钢铁上镀锌,我们建议使用固定式的测量方式(非自动选取测量方式)
例如: 在钢铁基体上设定 F [Ferrous] 的固定测量方式或在有色金属基体上设定N [Non-ferrous] 的固定测量方式
设定测量方式:
• 打开电源
• 同时按下ZERO 及 Stats 键
• 重复操作直到选定需要的测量方式, 所激活的测量方式将被显示为:Ferr 或 Non.Ferr 或 AUTO FN
• 关机
• 同时按住ZERO 和 Stats 键,再按⊙开机
• 关机
• 按住ZERO键,同时按住⊙开机
此时会有长音信号发出,所有的统计数据将被清除,单位设置为μm,出厂校准,及“FN方式自动选择(AUTO FN)”(仅对Surfix easy FN型)

Error 1 = 开机时探头距离金属过近。请将探头举在空中再开机。
