Coated steel mass inspection standard list
The quality inspection of color-coated plates is mainly the inspection of the coating, including the inspection of coating pre-treatment and coating performance. In addition to mechanical properties such as adhesion, flexibility, impact strength, hardness, and gloss, the testing of coatings also includes special protective properties such as weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and oil resistance. International standards have been established for these performance tests.
