Test procedure for determination of impact strength of coating film

Under the test conditions of 23±2°C and relative humidity of 50±5%, put the sample on the base of the impact instrument, let the weight drop from a predetermined height, and check whether the coating film in the groove where the sample is impacted is Whether the coating is cracked or detached from the bottom plate, change the height , and find the maximum height at which the coating does not crack or detach. The distance between the edge of each impact point is not less than 15mm; the impact part is not less than 15mm from the edge of the sample, and two points are measured for each sample.
