Detailed introduction of handheld ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

Handheld Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge TT100 TT110 TT120 TT130

Fundamental

The ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe reaches the object under test and propagates in the object, and is reflected back to the probe when it reaches the interface of the material. The thickness of the material under test can be determined by accurately measuring the propagation time of the ultrasonic wave in the material.

The main function

Automatic calibration of the zero point can correct the system error;

Non-linear automatic compensation, using computer software to correct the non-linear error of the probe to improve measurement accuracy; it is equipped with coupling status prompts, low voltage prompts, automatic shutdown and other functions.

Performance

Measuring range: 1.2mm~225.0mm (steel)

Display mode: four-digit LCD display

Lower limit of pipe measurement: Φ20mm×3.0mm

Measurement error: ±(1%H+0.1) mm, H is the actual thickness of the measured object

Surface temperature of the measured object: -10℃~60℃

Operating time: 250 hours

Power: 2 AA size 1.5 volt alkaline batteries

Dimensions: 126mm×68mm×23mm

Weight: 170g

Sound velocity adjustment range: 1000-9999m/s

Sound velocity can be measured using test blocks of known thickness

TT110 is suitable for measuring the thickness of steel materials, with a fixed sound velocity of 5900m/s,

Display minimum unit: 0.1mm.

TT120 adds high temperature measurement function on the basis of TT110, and the temperature of the measured object can reach up to 300°C.

When the thickness measured by TT130 is less than 100mm, the display resolution is 0.01mm, and other functions are the same as TT100.
