This instrument is a portable coating Thickness Gauge integrated with magnetism and eddy current. It can measure coating and coating thickness quickly, without damage and accurately. It can be used in both laboratory and engineering site. This instrument can be widely used in the detection fields of manufacturing industry, metal processing industry, chemical industry, commodity inspection and so on. It is the instrument required by the material protection profession. This instrument adopts two thickness measuring methods of magnetic and eddy current, which can non-destructively measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating (such as zinc, aluminum, chromium, copper, Rubber, paint, etc.) and the thickness of the non-conductive coating on the non-magnetic metal substrate (such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.)
There are two measurement modes: continuous measurement mode (CONTINUE) and single measurement mode (SINGLE);
There are two working modes: direct mode (DIRECT) and group mode (Appl);
There are five statistics: average value (MEAN), maximum value (MAX), minimum value (MIN), number of tests (NO.), standard deviation (S.DEV);
Two methods can be used to calibrate the instrument, and the basic calibration method can be used to correct the system error of the probe;
With storage function: 500 measured values can be stored;
With delete function: delete a single suspicious data in the measurement, and also delete all data in the storage area for new measurement;
Limits can be set: automatic alarm for measured values outside the limits; and a batch of measured values can be analyzed with a histogram;
With printing function: can print measured value, statistical value, limit, histogram;
It has the function of communicating with the PC: the measured value and statistical value can be transmitted to the PC for further processing of the data;
With power supply undervoltage indication function;
There is a buzzer prompt during the operation;
With error prompt function, error prompt is displayed through screen display or buzzer;
There are two shutdown methods: manual shutdown and automatic shutdown;
