One: Overview

Light transmittance is an important indicator of optical performance. For example, the national standard stipulates that the light transmittance of the front glass of a car cannot be lower than 70%. The test principle of LS110splittransmissionmeter is to use a wide-spectrum visible light source to irradiate the measured transparent material, and the sensor detects the incident light intensity of the light source and the light intensity after passing through the measured transparent material, and the ratio of the transmitted light intensity to the incident light intensity is Light transmittance, expressed as a percentage.

LS110 is professionally used for the light transmittance test of glass, coating materials, organic materials, coatings, solar films and other light-transmitting substances. Such as laminated glass (hollow glass), film glass, PMMA material, PC material, glass heat insulation coating and so on.

LS110 consists of two parts, the main unit and the auxiliary unit. The main unit is used for measurement and display functions, and the auxiliary unit is used for light source and alignment laser light source.

Four. How to use and steps

1: The main machine and the auxiliary machine are sucked together, press the "POWER" button of the main machine and the auxiliary machine to start up, and at the same time make the upper and lower laser points align with the bull's-eye of the corresponding alignment point.

2: Wait for the "SELF-TEST" test of the instrument to complete and enter the measurement interface. If the "SELF-TEST" cannot be completed, the possible reason is that the battery is insufficient (please charge it in time) or the laser point is not aligned with the bullseye. Requires "SELF-TEST"

Do not use the instrument until the test is complete.

3: Put the sample to be tested between the main machine and the auxiliary machine, align the laser point with the bullseye, and the instrument will display the light transmittance data of the sample. 4: Press the "HOLD" key to keep displaying data, and the "HOLD" mark will be displayed on the LCD, press the "HOLD" key again to cancel the hold function, and the "HOLD" mark will disappear on the liquid crystal display.

5: After using, press the "POWER" key to shut down.

6: The auxiliary machine "LASER" button is used to turn on/off the alignment laser.

7: If there is no operation within 50 minutes, it will automatically shut down.

six. Precautions

1: The magnets with strong magnetic force in the main machine and the auxiliary machine are convenient for measurement operation. Be careful not to pinch your hands or damage the glass sample during use. 2: The laser position and accuracy of each set of instruments (main machine and auxiliary machine) have been paired and carefully adjusted. They need to be used in pairs, and different sets of instruments cannot be used interchangeably.

3: Do not disassemble the machine, otherwise it will be unusable.

4: When the battery indicator flashes, please charge it in time.

5: There may be a situation that it cannot be turned on, because the battery power is too low, please charge it for a period of time and turn it on. 6: Please use the dedicated charger to charge the instrument.

7: The area size of the sample to be tested must cover at least three test light paths at the same time.

8: In order to ensure the accuracy of the measured value, avoid using the instrument under direct sunlight.
