6. Procedures

6.1. The analyst should place the stability samples of the long-term test or accelerated test in different constant temperature and Humidity Chambers according to different test purposes.

6.2. Stability samples should be placed in different partitions of the product to avoid sample confusion.

6.3. The instrument custodian is responsible for maintaining the normal operation of the constant temperature and humidity cabinet, and checking whether the temperature and humidity of the constant temperature and humidity cabinet are within the control range every day.

6.4. If the instrument custodian finds any abnormality, he should immediately report to the laboratory supervisor; the laboratory supervisor should report to the manager of the quality assurance department and the manager of the engineering department, and the engineering department should repair it as soon as possible. During maintenance, the corresponding stability samples should be properly preserved.

6.5. After use, the temperature and humidity recording paper should be replaced in time, and should be properly kept by the instrument custodian for reference.
