5. Safety Precautions
This instrument needs to be connected to a water pipe, and care should be taken to prevent water leakage during use.
6. Procedures
6.1. In order to prolong the operation instructions of the instrument and achieve a good control effect, the water inlet of the constant temperature and humidity instrument must meet the following conditions:
During the operation of the instrument, the water supply cannot be interrupted.
The water supply pressure needs to be between 1 and 10 bar.
The conductivity of the water supply needs to be between 200μs/cm and 500μs/cm.
The supply water temperature should be lower than 40℃.
6.2. Temperature control
6.2.1 Turn on the temperature control switch, press [ENTER] to enter the temperature control state.
6.2.2 Press [Pgm] key, use [] [] key to set temperature, press [ENTER] to confirm.
6.2.3 Press [EXIT] to return to the main menu.
6.3. Humidity control
6.3.1 Turn on the humidity control switch and press [ENTER] to enter the humidity control state.
6.3.2 Press [Pgm] key, use [] [] key to set humidity, press [ENTER] to confirm.
6.3.3 Press [EXIT] to return to the main menu.
6.4. When performing an accelerated test, first carefully read the quality standards of the product, select the temperature and humidity conditions for the accelerated test, and then set the required temperature and humidity values according to the methods in 6.2 and 6.3.
6.5. When performing accelerated experiments, it is necessary to record the temperature and humidity of the constant temperature and humidity instrument every day. If any abnormalities are found, report to the laboratory supervisor in time for maintenance.
