Wang Guoming used OSP Mayer Rods in the study of the effect of surface preparation agent on the adhesion between polyester film and ultraviolet curing Gloss oil

Wang Guoming from Shandong Polyester Packaging Materials Engineering Technology Research Center and Fuwei Film (Shandong) Co., Ltd. published "The Effect of Surface Treatment Agent on Polyester Film and UV Curing Varnish" in the first issue of Volume 23 of the core journal "Chemical Research" in CHINA. In the article "Effect of Adhesion Between", in the preparation of the coating film, an OSP mayer-rod was used to cut the BOPET film into A4 paper size, and then the prepared 5 kinds of surface treatment agent solutions were uniformly coated on the surface of the film with a mayer-rod, and the coated film was dried at about 150 ℃.

The film coating after curing is coated with UV varnish, and the film light transmittance and haze detection method in the ASTM D 1003 standard are used to measure the haze and light transmittance of the film before and after coating the surface treatment agent solution, respectively. The scribe method in the paint detection method, the scribe spacing is 1mm, and the surface of the scribe is pulled off with tape to check the debonding of the UV varnish layer.

The results show that after the film is coated with the surface treatment agent, the light transmittance of the film is improved to a certain extent, and the haze decreases slightly. During the temperature change process, the film and the UV varnish using the acrylic modified polyester material as the surface treatment agent sample The adhesion of varnish has remained stable.
