What are the causes of defects in coating construction?

涂层施工过程中的缺陷成因除了可以按前已述及的涂层前处理缺陷的几个方面分析外,还应从环境、溶液、设备、基板和操作工艺去分析。

A、环境

涂层施工过程中的环境因素通常是指两个方面,一时环境温度的影响,二是涂层室和固化炉的空气清洁度。如果环境温度过低,上机涂料的流动性和流平性都会比平时差,粘度也会升高,为了使粘度值达到施工要求,操作工会增加稀释剂,当稀释剂在固化过程中因完全挥发而造成稀释剂浪费,生产成本增加;同时,在同等涂机工艺参数下操作,将导致涂层实际膜厚偏低,并容易产生气泡。若涂料及环境温度过高,稀释剂蒸发加快,同等工艺条件下涂层实际膜厚容易造成橘皮等现象;因此在操作过程中,需要注意对涂层室、涂料搅拌间进行恒温控制,进而保证涂料黏度的稳定。另外,需要保证涂料搅拌室、涂层室环境的洁净,柔则灰尘、杂志容易被带入涂料造成涂层的出现缩孔、颗粒、脱漆等表面质量缺陷。

B溶液

涂层施工过程中所涉及到的溶液就是指将要覆盖在基板上的有机涂料,目前用于有机涂层的涂料品种非常多,每一种涂料都有其自身的特性,因此涂料砸配置过程中的技术参数如粘度是否正确,涂层用的上机涂料是否与刚带表面状况相适应,相互之间的配套性是否恰当等方面都会影响到涂层的质量。

另外,用于配置上机涂料的稀释剂也在涂层质量中起到非常重要的作用,如果在配制上机涂料时用了配置不当的稀释剂,也会产生涂层缺陷。

C设备

涂层施工过程中最影响涂层质量的设备主要是负责覆盖涂层的辊涂机、涂料的供液系统和固化炉三部分。如涂覆辊与钢带之间的间隙太小或太大,都会引起涂层厚度与工艺要求符的现象;辊子与基板之间的速比如果不符合第三章所述的要求,则会引起涂层的密度温度,如果是涂覆辊与基板之间的平衡度或涂覆辊与粘料辊之间的平行度不达到工艺要求,则会引起钢带两边涂层厚度不均的缺陷,另外涂料供液系统是否正常、涂料液体的循环是否顺畅等因素都有可能引起涂层施工过程中的质量缺陷。

In addition, the flatness of the substrate, whether the thickness of both sides of the substrate is consistent, etc. are all quality factors that affect the coating construction process.

E operation process

The product quality of color-coated steel sheets is not only determined by the quality of the substrate and coating pre-treatment, but also depends on the production process and operation control technology during the coating construction process. The operation control technology has an impact on the physical properties and surface quality of color-coated steel products. Larger, for example, before the paint is put on the machine, it needs to be controlled to the specified annual value of the machine, and it should be fully stirred evenly. During the production process, it needs to be stirred continuously to ensure the uniformity of the paint. How to take care of the viscosity value of the paint on the machine during the long-term shutdown caused by maintenance, which requires the operator to have a high degree of technical proficiency, and whether the process and operating procedures of the coating are strictly followed during operation. , especially in the process of coating construction, whether the operator has the ability to adapt to changes when abnormal conditions occur, etc., will affect the quality of the coating.
