Some Experiences in Measuring Fineness

In this article, Zhang Peilan from Zhenhua Paint Factory introduced the inspection method of fineness measurement, factors affecting the measurement of fineness, and the influence of fineness on other quality indicators. Among them, the common specifications of the scraper Fineness Meter are introduced in the inspection method: 0~50μm, 0~100μm, 0~150μm. The commonly used fineness plate specifications are 0~50μm, 0~150μm single-slot scraper Fineness Meter. In the process of explaining the influencing factors of fineness determination, the daily maintenance method of fineness board is also introduced.
