The experiment mainly uses the arc spraying method to prepare four different iron-based coatings, and then uses the HXD-100 microHardness Tester to test the microhardness of the sample, and uses the TH32O full Rockwell Hardness Tester to measure the Rockwell hardness of the sample surface. Finally, the wear resistance test was carried out by using the MLS-225 wet rubber wheel abrasive wear Tester.
