Chen Huocheng's paper "Analyzing the Influencing Factors and Solutions of the Hardness Measurement Value of the Pointer Type A Shore Hardness Tester" introduced the basic measurement principle and classification of the Shore Hardness Tester, and aimed at the main structure and technology of the Type A Shore Hardness Tester The indicators are elaborated, and the influencing factors of the measured value are analyzed: spring test force, elongation of the indenter, sample thickness, sample surface state, influence of spring test force retention time, test temperature and other factors. And put forward countermeasures against the influencing factors.
