Abstract: 本文探讨了涂膜光学性质的测定方法,重点介绍了《涂膜光泽测定法》的相关规定。根据GB1743-79标准,测定涂膜光泽时通常采用45°角;而ISO 2813则推荐使用20°、60°和85°三个角度,以更全面地反映涂膜的光学特性。文章指出,由于同一块样品从不同角度观察到的光泽差异较大,仅从单一角度测定可能无法准确反映样品的真实状况。为此,建议采用多角度测量方法,并向国际标准接轨以提高测定的科学性和可靠性。此外,天然曝晒样板在使用投影式或光电光泽计时容易变形,导致测试数据不稳定,这一问题值得进一步研究和改进。

GB1743-79 stipulates that 45 is used. The gloss meter measures the gloss of the coating film. ISO 2813 specifies three angles (20°, 60° and 85°) to suit different measuring objects.

As we all know, the gloss of the same sample is obviously different when viewed from different angles. If the gloss of the coating film is only observed from one angle, it may not be able to correctly reflect the gloss of all coating samples. It seems that we should move closer to international standards in the future. By definition, glossy has two meanings:

One is the brightness of the reflected light,

The second is the clarity of the object image that can be seen from the reflected light.

In the projection Glossmeter (such as the Tu 1-5 type Glossmeter used before), these two aspects can be reflected faithfully. The gloss reading of the photoelectric gloss meter is a comprehensive reflection of these two aspects. In addition, if the model is slightly deformed, the test data will be obviously unstable. Because the natural exposure model is large and easy to warp, it is prone to data instability. In the future, it is worth studying whether natural exposure samples can be tested by projection Glossmeter.
