"Study on the Tribological Properties of Bonded Solid Lubricating Film" mainly conducts experimental research on the influence of different solid lubricating powders on the performance of the lubricating film. In the experiment, two different solid lubricating powders (graphite and molybdenum disulfide) were mixed with solvent and viscose respectively . A bonded solid lubricant was prepared from a combination of bonded resins, which was coated on the surface of a steel plate to form a film, and then the lubricating properties, physicochemical properties and wear resistance of the obtained bonded solid lubricant film were tested.

The experimental results show that the more solid powder content in the bonded solid lubricant and the finer the particles, the better the lubricating performance of the lubricating film, but the increase of the solid powder content affects the drying time, adhesion, and flexibility of the lubricating film. The impact resistance and impact resistance are also deteriorated; only when an appropriate amount of solid powder is added to the lubricant, the friction reduction effect of the lubricating film obtained is very good.
