CS-610 Applied to Cigarette Label Color Detection

烟标（如图1），在十多年以前，这个名词还没有出现，而如今许多人已经知道，烟标印制也在不断发展。未来几年，香烟的需求量将继续保持平稳增长，但随着消费水平和香烟消费档次的提高，高档香烟的比例会逐年提高，同时，卷烟生产企业为迎合这一消费趋势和自身品牌提升的需要，会逐步提高高档香烟的生产比例，并会更多的选择防伪技术水平高、印刷精美的高档印刷包装，因此，高档烟标的比例将逐年增长，高档烟标需求增长将大大高于行业的平均增长。这样就要求在烟标的生产过程中，需要高精度的仪器来监控烟标色彩的质量。杭州彩谱科技的分光测色仪CS-610就在烟标的颜色检测上得到了应用。

        步骤一：先准备好待测的烟标样品（如图3）‘

步骤二：将分光测色仪CS-610打开后，进行黑白校准（如图4）；

步骤三：黑白校准完成后，按“Print”键，先影像定位测量区域，将待测烟标的标样对准测试孔，注意避免人为因素的影响，再按“Test”键，“滴”声后完成测量，查看测试结果（如图5）；
