Application of High Performance Industrial Paints color scheme

Abstract: 本文针对高性能工业实色漆的配色问题，提出了一种基于劳尔(RAL K7)色卡的标准配色方法，并通过试验验证了该方法在区分不同涂料TVOC释放量方面的有效性。研究结果表明，该标准方法能够准确地用于评价内墙涂料TVOC释放性能，并对制定我国内墙涂料TVOC排放标准具有重要的参考价值。

Taking advantage of the characteristics of the selected pigments and using the RAL K7 Color Chart commonly used in the industry as the color matching standard, the conventional color matching references are shown in Table 2.

Table 2 Reference examples of color matching

The test proves that the standard method has a good discrimination for the TVOC release of different paints, can be used to judge the TVOC release performance of interior wall paint, and has a good reference value for the establishment of TVOC release standards for interior wall paint in my country.
